Cooking my jumbo butterfly shrimps in extra virgin olive oil.







I have washed my green cabbage cut into pieces and placed in the pan with the shrimp, adding some teriyaki sauce, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, little white pepper or black pepper and 1 tablespoon of white sugar I didn't put in any salt because the teriyaki sauce is salty enough. I put the flame down low, so that the cabbage could cook.

I put about 2 or 3 strips of the plant base bacon in the Airfryer for about 3-5 minutes at 360 degrees. As I stated before the Airfryer cooks fast. I had already boiled my 2 eggs in a small pot of water. I also put the cinnamon raisin bread in the Airfryer to toast with some unsalted butter on both slices 2 little small chunks of cracker barrel cheese which I believe is low fat. And about 2 pieces of deli sliced honey roasted turkey. My decaffeinated cup of coffee.





Everything in the breakfast taste good. Trying to eat more healthier each day. Some things I don't eat anymore and some beverages I don't drink anymore.

It’s about 6 or 7 short ribs. Washed then placed in pot with water. Put some white vinegar, little sea salt and little white pepper or black pepper. Letting them boil for a little bit, then I will place in Airfryer







Taken the short beef ribs out of the pot and ready to put into the Airfryer. Spreading honey over the ribs then barbecue sauce








I have put the honey and barbecue sauce over the short ribs, now ready to go into the Air fryer. I poured a little of the broth that I cooked the short beef ribs in, in the bottom of the saucepan. Now I am going to bake them at 325 Degrees for about 50 minutes. The Air fryer as I stated before cooks faster than the conventional oven.












The beef short ribs are done. I cooked them a little bit too long, but they still taste good.







This is fresh broccoli florets of which I cooked in pot with water, half stick of butter and some hot sauce. I either like vinegar or hot sauce in my fresh vegetables sometimes.

Watch as Cook prepare, cook and taste finished - Didn't realize I had already put up cabbage and shrimp recipe previously but it had yellow rice with it. I am just going to leave this one up as well.







Washed half of a half of green cabbage, cut in pieces. Placed in a sauce pan with some vegetable oil. Seasoned with a little sea salt, and black pepper. Cut the flame down low on the stove and let brown on both sides stirring. Then I added the frozen jumbo breaded shrimp. Flame still cut down low on the burner.






Fried Cabbage is cooking down. Added some Teriyaki sauce. Kept burner turned down low as cabbage and breaded jumbo shrimp cook and simmer in the ingredients.

I had a storage bag, quart size filled with these fresh green beans. I don't know if they started to turn brown because I didn't refrigerate them right away. But, I only had them for two days. About time I finished picking the ones I believe I could cook, I didn't have that many left. I don't like to waste food. I washed them, broken them the way I wanted. Of course break off the stems. I put some vegetable oil in a sauce pan to brown them on both sides. I had the flame down low. I usually boil green beans, so cooking them this way was new.

My green beans are browning in the vegetable oil. I guess you could cook them like you would cook asparagus. I added a little sea salt, a little black pepper and I added some unsalted butter.




I added teriyaki sauce to my green beans. I believe it could use a teaspoon of sugar or less. Just a little bit of sugar to sweeten it up a bit.

Preparing my beef liver. I have watched it off. We don't want to get ecoli. Then I am beating it with my knife. This will help to make it tender to chew.






I have seasoned the beef liver with sea salt, a little black pepper, battered it with all purpose white flour on both sides. Then placed in hot pan with some vegetable oil. Then cut up some pieces of sweet onion on top in pan. Turn the beef liver over to brown on both sides. It doesn;t take liver long to cook.




I have taken the beef liver out of the pan, it is done and placed on a sauce plate. I am getting ready to make my gravy for my beef liver.




I am making the gravy for my beef liver. I used the left over cooking oil in the pan that I used to cook the beef liver in. Their is some sweet cooked onions in the pan, some pieces of the liver cooked in the pan. I added some all purpose white flour or whatever white flour or flour you have. I stirred this flour in with the cooking oil, cooked sweet onions, and pieces of the beef liver. I put the burner up so it could brown as I was stirring. As soon as I saw it began to brown, I added some cups of water. 2 to 3 cups. Move back as you began to pour in the water because it will began to steam up. The gravy began to thicken. I seasoned it with a little bit of sea salt and black pepper and kept stirring.























My Beef Liver Gravy Is cooking to your left with all it's ingredients. As I continue to stir in water if needed.








Placing my beef liver back in the pan with the gravy. Turning it over in the pan. Letting the beef liver simmer in the pan with the gravy for about 15 to 20 minutes. Delicious!!! Over some mashed potatoes

My Honey Barbecue Wingettes, Fresh Spinach w/Smoked Turkey & Gluten Free Mac n Cheese Recipe

Added some baby spinach to my smoked turkey after letting it cook for a little while. It's not going to take the spinach long to cook.






Added some unsalted butter for more taste and let cook another 30- 45 minutes.





Cooking my gluten free elbows with some sea salt. The gluten free elbows taste a little bit differnt even than the whole grain elbows or regular elbows that you would buy. The gluteen free is a little bit creamerer.






The sauce is cooking for my mac n cheese. About half cup of low fat milk or whole milk, whatever milk you like. Some use can milk, I do sometimes. I put in some unsalted butter maybe about 2 to 3 tablespoons. I cut up some pieces of extra sharp cheese and I put in about 2 to 3 slices of swiss cheese. I use different kinds of cheeses when I make the sauce.




My gluten free elbows is done and in the bowl. I added 2 white eggs and stir. I added a little white granulated sugar and a little flour. Stirring in all my ingredients. I cut up some more extra sharp cheese and put on top before putting it in the often to bake.





Putting my mac n cheese in the conventional oven at 350 for about 1 to 1 and a half hours. Turning it up to 400 for it to brown. I usually use the Airfryer. The Airfryer cooks faster. I would only have to cook it 45 minutes in the Airfryer. And this conventional oven also cooks slow.









Washed chicken, then I put in sauce pan. Put a little sea salt, a little black pepper, little unsalted butter pieces all over.





Adding the honey and hickory brown sugar barbecue sauce onto the chicken wingettes. Ready to go into the conventional oven from 1 to 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Then I will turn it up to 400 degrees after one hour to brown.

My 2 Ingredient Sweet Dessert Recipe made with cinnamon, honey graham crackers and marshmallows.

I will place another cinnamon, honey graham cracker on top of each where I have the three marshmallows. To be placed into the AirFryer at 360 degrees for about 2-5 minutes.










I put in the Airfryer at 360 degrees 2-5 minutes. Dosen't take long. You don't want your marshmallows to burn. .











Taste good, sweet, the marshmallows melted taste like whip cream. A quick dessert to make for yourself or kids with maybe a glass of milk.

My Chocolate Walnut Cake Recipe

Preparation: Greased Pan and floured, 1 Box Of Dark Chocolate Cake Mix, 3 Eggs beaten, 1/2 Cup of Oil, 1 Cup Of Water and Chopped Walnuts.


Directions: Pour dark chocolate cake mix into bowl, or whatever you ar e using to mix your cake mix in. Pour in 1 cup of cold water, and 1/2 cup of oil and continue to stir batter or put in your mixer or hand mixer until nice and smooth. Then add the 3 eggs you have beaten in a separate bowl to the mixer. Continue to stir until the eggs have dissolved in the mix. Now I am adding in my walnuts of which I want to add to this chocolate cake. When all is mixed and then pour into your baking pan. Ready to go into your conventional oven or you can also bake the cake in the Airfryer but probably at a lower temperature. I put my cake in the conventional oven at 350 degrees close to 55 minutes. I did look at my cake in 35 minutes to test it. You know your cake is done when none of the cake come up on your fork or tooth pick that you tested it with. Let cool just a bit then I put some marshmallows on top. Then put back in the oven for the marshmallows to brown a little. Added some chocolate marshmallow ice cream to to go with my dark chocolate walnut cake. Delicious!!!

Preparing "My Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe & Making the fruit sauce for the salad.

After washing all the fresh fruit and placing them in the bowl naming the different kinds of fruit I am using to make my fruit salad.











Making the fruit sauce to pour over my fruit salad. I mashed about 3 or 4 clementines or mandarins to make juice to add to the lemon juice in a bowl for the fruit salad sauce. And added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 4 teaspoons of white granulated sugar and a pinch of sea salt and stir. Then pour over fruit salad and let chill in the refrigerator for about an hour. Keep stirring until the cinnamon dissolves with the other ingredients. I tasted it before I poured it over the fruit and it taste good.






This is what "My Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe" looks like after being chilled in the refrigerator.  I put some cool whip on top.  Good!! Light dessert to prepare for yourself or kids with the fresh fruit that you choose.

Recipe Preparation:


  • One Whole Wheat Bagel - toasted in Air fryer for about 60 for 1-3 minutes

I cut my one chicken sausage in pieces, cooked in pan and then the baby spinach, washed and cut in small pieces. Let that cook, then took out of pan. Put a little unsalted butter in the pan and put my 2 eggs in the pan, I stirred my eggs first with a little sea salt, little black pepper and some onion powder. Then I added some pieces of jack cheese. Then I folded it in the pan and flatten it on both sides.

And some blueberries fruit I washed off and some orange juice








My Home Fries, Bacon, Fried Apples & Whole Grain Wheat Bun Breakfast Recipe


Preparation: Washed some red potatoes, cut up in slices, put in pan with cooking oil. Added a little sea salt and a little black pepper. Let cook a little bit, then washed one red apple, cut in slices and put in pan to fry. One slice of bacon and let it cook. After every thing done then I put my whole grain wheat bun. This is "The Cheesecake Factory Whole Grain Wheat Bun" Breakfast ready - Delicious!!! - This is for one or 2 servings. You have to add according to how many you are cooking g breakfast for.

Ingredients For French Toast:

  • Canned milk

  • 1 egg

  • Teaspoon Of Vanilla Extract

  • Teaspoon Of White Sugar - granulated sugar

  • 4 Slices Of Whole Wheat Bread

  • 4 Slices Of Swiss Cheese

  • Syrup

  • Large Pan

  • Extra Olive Oil















I placed whole wheat bread into pan which is hot with Extra Virgin Olive Oil to brown on both sides.




French Toast is browned on both sides, placed 2 slices of Swiss cheese on one slice then placed the french toast on top.

Preparation:


  • Whole Grain Wheat Bun spread mayonnaise on both sides of bun

  • Slices of honey, roasted turkey breast on one side of bun and slice of Swiss low fat cheese

  • Placed in Air fryer for the Swiss cheese to melt at 60 degrees for 1-3 minutes





The Swiss cheese has melted 2 slices on the sliced turkey breast, now placing one leaf of organic spinach on the left side of the bun and two slices of tomatoes with a little sea salt and little black pepper and I poured a little Balsamic Vinaigrette

Preparation:


  • Blender

  • Frozen mixed fruit poured into blender; strawberries, mangos and pineapples

  • Poured in Orange flavor Gatorade to cover fruit in the blender

  • Put in 3 to 4 cubes of ice and start blender until all mixture is blended and looks thick
