Violation Of Privacy Rights, Data Breach, Eavesdropping - Listening To Others Conversations Through Electronic Devices, Smart TVs, Phones, etc. - None Of This Is Acceptable For Anyone

I wasn't going to mention this, but I have put up on my website "Violations Of A Person's Privacy Rights". I am building a case, I have asked more than one time not to use my first name Violet or my last name Williams in any TV Shows, TV Movies, TV Sitcoms, TV Series and TV Film with events or personal information about me in it. I have been ignored. This has been going on for some years now, too long. I am a born again Christian and I have went before God about this. People have just ignored me, not caring about me or my family. I don't care if you Black, White, Latino, Chinese from another country, I don't care what race you are. This is wrong, illegal, and without the permission or authorization of the person you are portraying, or mentioning about their personal life in these movies, films.,etc. I am talking about personal events in my life that no one has any business of mentioning in any movie, film, TV show,etc.

This is regard to me as an Author, Artist and Teacher. This has gone way too far. So now I am ready, I hope that you have your receipts, evidence whatever you want to call it. I have been nice, and I have just been ignored. Some of you think that you can just ignore the law, ignore the fact that you interfere with people's products, business,etc. You don't care,

Well I care about any products I sell, any books I write and self publish. I care about my character in how some of you have just defame my character, and caused some other problems. Well get ready.

Another reason I am typing this is because their is this movie coming out titled "Violet" directed by someone name Justine Bateman on demand. I know that their are a lot of women and girls with the name Violet. But when events come in a movie,etc., that's similar to your personal life, then you have to question it. I am not saying that their is anything in this movie about me, but I am going to watch it. I am just tired. And I am ready now to do something about those who think that they are above the law and they can just do what they want in talking about people’s personal lives in their movies, tv shows. films,etc just to make a movie. Those who don’t know how to write movie scripts without mentioning things about people’s personal life without their permission which is illegal then you shouldn’t be making movies. I am stopping this of which some have done for years. If you get exposed you get exposed. This no joke. This causes not only the person that you are doing this to, it causes other problems. Get your name mentioned and get exposed, because anyone can see on this website I have tried to reason. People know this is going on. Someone mentioned when I worked at a company. It was 2 women talking mentioned something from a TV Show that indicated me looking at me. So that’s when I realized this was going on, for what reason they did it I don’t know why. When an African American woman trying to get her business going. The statute of limitations has passed on some and some I can still file a case. Stop playing with adults and their families. Treat others as you want to be treated. My company was interfered with, my character defamed, lies. Some of you are just schemers and desperate and greed. But, it hasn’t stopped me from continuing to work on my projects. I won’t allow that to happen in my life and I serve a mighty God who can turn things around for me.

I know something about the law, I have worked at law firms, and law schools.

I have watched streaming Networks, so the streaming Networks are really responsible for what they air on their Networks. This is not a joke, this is real life. It is something when a person starts watching a movie and all of a sudden the character in the movie mentions something going on or some event in a person's life and also their last name or first name or a familiar name that they know. "I wasn't born yesterday" - I know you heard that quote before. And if you never owned a business,etc. when people try to degrade you or your product then you don't know what I am talking about. And really I don't want to hear your opinion about this, because it is none of your business, only the people involved. Some of you get involved and voice your opinion about something you know nothing about. I don't care if you work for the Network, Streaming Networks, these companies also which I have evidence against also,etc.

Portrayed in some movies, etc. in bad taste and lies.

So now we get to prove it, after all these years. Some things I had forgotten until I went across some of my documents.

I try to treat people right, I don't go around trying to make money off of others through greed and trying to ruin their reputations.and lieing on them. You just thinking about you and your family and making money. And if I believe I said something wrong about someone, I go to God in prayer about it. I don't like saying anything about anybody that's not true.

I am tired, tired, tired. I have prayed, I believe I have done the right thing. I came to you'll in a peaceful manner to resolve this.

Authors, artist and businesses have lawyers for this sought of thing.

It's time for me to get my lawyer(s) now. I walk in love, but I need a lawyer(s) to protect my books, I write Christian books things about the Lord and other books. And my greeting cards when I design more. I was a teacher in the public school system and I do digital art and pencil art of which I have had online and my greeting cards.

Some of us we don't care anymore, we don't care about people, we like to lie about things people haven't even done, some I believe make up lies, serious things about people that's not true. That's why when I get my evidence together I want to make sure I have things together.

I am a grown African American black woman, I am a woman not a child. I have met and worked with different kinds of people with different kinds of backgrounds. I am not intimidated by man, I know who my Heavenly Father is, who has all power in His hand. I treat adults with respect, I try to. I definitely don't play with them because they are adults. Some of us we are just plain disrespectful to adults, talking to them like they are children, not caring what you say to them or who is around when you say it. Some of us have to face the consequences when we do some of the things we do to others that are wrong and evil. People are hurting. I have family, and I pray for my family, just like you have family. As an Author suppose I wrote a lot about you and your family that wasn't true. You know you will be saying something about that. Some of you want to talk about other people's family degrading them publicly, but don't want anyone to say anything about your family publicly that's degrading.

Yes, God does forgive. Some of you in your behavior can tell you don't care.

It's too much of this going on in the world today. I won't allow you to continue what you have been doing. You know who you are Networks, Companies, Author, Streaming Networks, Producers, and Executive Producers.

I am not alone, I have to do this. I thank God I am able to read and whatever else I need to do legally and type. Just because I file a lawsuit doesn't make me a bad person as a born again Christian. It's just standing up for my legal rights as a citizen of this country. I don't hate anybody, I am just doing what I need to do and what's right according to my legal rights as a citizen of this country the USA as I just stated. Their are lawyers in the Bible, this is one of the things lawyers are for: To protect a person's rights living in the United States of America as an African American citizen.

Those of you who are eavesdropping on people's conversations whether through electronic devices, phones, smart TVs, text, emails,etc and data breaches you will be found out. This is unacceptable. Nobody should have to live life this, with some people having personal and confidential information of others without their permission or authority for personal use or what other use they use it for. Some people's information is public because of various reasons, legal reason,etc. But not for someone to steal their information of which some sell people's personal information to others.

I would have still filed the lawsuits even if I hadn't saw the title of that movie "Violet" which is suppose to be on demand. I just wouldn't have mentioned it.

So that's it. I pray that some of you who are cheating, stealing and lieing on others, being greed trying to ruin their reputation by bad mouthing them, or assassinate their character, or mess up their business, that you think about what you are doing. That you go to God and turn this around and do the right thing.
