V-Cooking Lady Cooks Recipes - Year 2026 - New Recipes

You are able to see new recipes for this year of 2026 as well as old recipes I have put up. Coming some time soon you will be able to purchase a "Cookbook" of the recipes I prepared on the YouTube Channel and other recipes and these new recipes. Some very easy recipes to prepare and cook. Their are some with a little more preparations. These are videos of which you can see the "Cook" preparing and cooking these recipes. Even recipes with using ingredients you already have, even when you don't have some of the ingredients needed for the recipe. Their are other ingredients you can use in some recipes to replace original ingredients needed. Just follow the instructions. Some of our recipes might not come out the first time the way we want. But, we try it again until it comes out the way it should and taste the way it should. I am a "Cook" that like to experiment with new ingredients in a recipe, not using the original ingredients. For example: We usually make Lasagna with ground beef. I use turkey ground, and in the recipe you are going to see I will be using chicken. instead of ground beef or turkey ground. And let us Eat Healthy as much as possible. It takes discipline, but we can do it. Click on the little square box you see at the bottom to make the screen larger. Okay Enjoy!!!

Drumsticks washed, placed in pot, seasoned with a little sea salt, little black pepper, garlic powder, little buttery herb, garlic seasoning, some pieces of sweet onions, some pieces of bell pepper, and some red white potatoes cut in small quarter slices, seasoned with a little sea salt and a little black pepper. I put some pieces of unsalted butter on top.





Preparing my can of cream of chicken soup to pour over the chicken and other ingredients in the pot. I put the can of cream of chicken soup into a bowl to dissolve some it, loosen it some.



Pouring the cream of chicken soup over the chicken drumsticks and ingredients in the pot, adding some more water to it.




My Baked Cream of Chicken Stew ready to go into the oven at 325-350 degrees for at least an hour




Took the stew out of the oven to check and stir after about 30-45 minutes.






My "Baked Cream Of Chicken Stew Recipe" Is Ready - My first time making this stew, my own recipe I put together. It taste delicious especially after the 2nd day, the flavor has set in.

Whole Chicken washed and boiled, seasoned with sea salt, black pepper seasoning. I don't put a whole lot of seasoning from each seasoning in my cooking. I usually use a little bit of each. Not too often will I go back and put some of the same seasoning in. I will taste it. I might a little of some of the same seasoning.l But, not that often. Put your seasoning to your liken. Also, I didn't measure the seasoning ingredients in this recipe. Some of my recipes I do.



In frying pan, vegetable oil, sweet onions, red pepper cut in prices and minced garlic. Site and let brown a little. Then placed boiled chicken pieces in, to brown.



I put the tomato sauce, tomato paste in with the chicken and other ingredients. I didn't brown the chicken too much, because it will brown in the oven. But, stirring in all ingredients as they cook. I did let the chicken simmer a little bit with the sauce, tomato paste and other ingredients. Cutting the burner down low.




Preparing my Riccota cheese with shredded frozen broccoli. I stirred the Riccota cheese first, then beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl then added to the Riccota cheese, Added some black pepper and celery seed. I probably should have used basil or tyme seasoning. I see where cooks used parsley. I used celery seed it still came out good. Site all ingredients in the Riccota cheese.




Meat sauce is ready for my "Chicken Lasagna Recipe. Putting on first layer of meat sauce in baked pan with aluminum foil at the bottom.




Next after the meat sauce, then lasagna grain pasta, then Riccota cheese mix with broccoli. Continue process again.



This next layer of lasagna pasta, meat sauce, Riccota cheese with broccoli and shredded mozzarella cheese,



Last layer for the Chicken Lasagna Recipe with this next layer with the grain lasagna pasta, Riccota cheese then meat sauce.



Last layer of meat sauce, then I put some shredded mozzarella cheese on top. And cover with aluminum foil ready to go into the oven 325-350 degrees for at least an hour. Then check to see if brown on top.





My Chicken Lasagna Recipe is ready. With my Riccota cheese with broccoli mix. And I added some frozen French bread for this recipe. Let's see how it taste.
